I DIDN’T GET HERE THE EASY WAY.
I was born in Brooklyn to immigrant parents who didn’t have much—but they had heart and hustle. I grew up with undiagnosed ADHD, bounced around classrooms, labeled a problem child (yes like the movie), and a failure. School never fit. I often felt invisible, so I got loud. I tried on identities, played roles, and wore the mask of who I thought I should be.
But eventually, all that pretending broke me down, and that’s when the real story began.
When I hit my lowest point, I had a decision to make. Stay stuck in a story written by fear, or rewrite it. I chose to step into the arena. To turn failure into fuel. I studied psychology, leadership, sales, and human behavior. I built businesses. I lost them. I rebuilt again. And from those crucibles, I created The HERO Factor™, the framework that helps people align who they are with how they lead.
That’s what I do now; on stages, in boardrooms, inside workshops and coaching sessions. I don’t just motivate. I help people activate.
