The Intensify team have spent thousands of hours creating, developing and perfecting the Superhero Mindset Programme. Combined the team has over 20 years experience working with, teaching and inspiring young people to greatness.
Below is a brief bio of the team that’s helped create the Superhero Mindset Programme:-
Dan Atkins (BCom, BPhed, Dip. Teach) - Dan has been a High School Teacher for the previous 8 years in 3 different continents of the world.
During his years teaching young people he discovered the school system wasn’t catering for the essential inter and intra-personal skills they desperately needed. Two terrible incidents (in his late teens and 2008), combined with his passion for personal development meant Dan began the task of creating and developing the Superhero Mindset. Now his goal is to get the Superhero Mindset Programme into the hands of EVERY young person on the planet.
Andre “Coach” Carter - Andre is an international motivational speaker that’s studied and learnt from the best in the world. His presentational style and charisma is perfect for young people and wants to ensure that young people from all around the world grow up with a Superhero Mindset.Andre was formerly an Army instructor and has also trained parents and youths in parenting skills and finances. Andre’s passion is helping young people to actively create their life, to be happy and to be inspired for success.
Mike Muller - Mike’s passion is to help young people create the life of their dreams. Mike’s the Co-founder of Intensify Elite and has help develop and perfect the Superhero Mindset Programme. His experience as a Golf Coach has meant that he’s great with people and wants to make a massive difference in young people’s lives Mike is also the co-founder of a revolutionary Project Matrix that we will be offering to young people in the coming future…hold that space.
Edwin Hammill - Edwin obtained his Master of Science Degree for research into accident causation and personality types among high risk occupations with the Applied Psychology Unit (APU), Cranfield University, in 1985. Whilst at Cranfield Edwin transformed the Cranfield Students’ Union and, among numerous other “firsts”, he achieved an unprecedented turnaround in business performance to within 1% of target. Edwin was nominated for the prestigious Cranfield Prize in recognition of his distinguished and exceptional accomplishments, an accolade not previously granted for 8 years! Edwin has been a member of the British Psychological Society since 1983.
Winston Hammill - Winston is passionate at helping Intensify share the Superhero Mindset Programme with as many people in the world as possible. His aim is to continue young people’s personal development by creating additional programmes that build upon the Superhero Mindset and help young people’s journey into adulthood more successful.
